PVV Infra, an Andhra Pradesh-based rooftop solar company, announced it has signed a ₹650-crore MoU with the Andhra Pradesh Economic Development Board to establish a 1-GW solar cell manufacturing facility. The project, to be developed on a 30-acre site within a growing solar manufacturing cluster in Visakhapatnam near the airport project, will generate about 350 direct and 450 indirect jobs.
