NHPC Floats Tender for Power Evacuation at 1.2 GW Jalaun Solar Park in Uttar Pradesh

NHPC, on behalf of BSUL, has floated a tender to develop power evacuation infrastructure for the 1.2 GW Jalaun Solar Park in Uttar Pradesh, with bids due February 16, 2026. The scope includes two 400 kV/33 kV pooling substations, internal and external 400 kV transmission lines, EHV and HV equipment, park control systems, and three years of comprehensive operation and maintenance, supporting large-scale solar deployment in Bundelkhand under NHPC and UPNEDA joint venture framework initiative nationwide.
