Oxfordshire County Council has allocated £825,500 to develop hydrogen refuelling infrastructure as part of the "Hyer Power" project. This initiative aims to trial hydrogen-powered emergency vehicles, including a fire engine, ambulance, and road sweeper. ULEMCo, the lead partner, will oversee the development of hydrogen fuel cell range extender modules for electric vehicles, using technology from the Toyota Mirai.
