SJVNL concluded its BESS tender auction for 265 MW/530 MWh under VGF scheme in Haryana. Winner NLC India Renewable Ltd secured full 265 MW/530 MWh capacity at L1 tariff of ₹2.35 lakhs/MW/month. The discovered tariff sets new benchmark for standalone BESS projects in India, highlighting highly competitive pricing and growing cost-competitiveness of utility-scale battery storage.
