Prism Johnson will invest up to ₹40 crore in KUS Renewable Private Limited, SPV of Purvah Green Power (CESC subsidiary), to set up a 49.5 MW captive wind project at Tehsil Alot, Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh. Power will be supplied via PPA to its cement plant in Satna. The Board-approved investment aims to lower power costs, reduce cement production costs and advance ESG goals through increased renewable use and energy efficiency.
