NLC India and PTC India incorporated NIRL PTC Renewables Limited to develop green energy projects across India. NLC India Renewables holds 74% equity, while PTC India owns 26%. The Ministry of Corporate Affairs issued the incorporation certificate on September 16, 2026. The joint venture aims to expand renewable energy portfolios and develop projects leveraging the capabilities of both state-owned power companies.
