Homegrown company Alpex Solar Thursday inaugurated 2.2 GW G12R TOPCon solar cell manufacturing facility at Kosi-Kotwan Industrial Area, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, marking its entry into PV cell manufacturing through backward-integration strategy. Spread across 9 lakh sq ft, it is Uttar Pradesh's first integrated TOPCon giga line, producing high-efficiency G12R cells to strengthen domestic supply and expand existing PV operations.
