Zambia has signed an MoU with China’s Longi Solar Technology and Sino Green Technology to develop up to 1 GW of solar capacity nationwide. The partnership’s pilot is a 100 MW solar farm in Itezhi-Tezhi District, scheduled to launch in April. Additional projects will follow, each completed within eight to ten months.
