The Ministry of New & Renewable Energy amended its ALMM guidelines on August 7, 2025, focusing on co-branded solar modules. A new provision allows enlistment when only the OEM is ALMM-listed, provided the Brand Owner is Indian, non-manufacturing, and supplies modules below 1 MW. Warranties must be jointly ensured, and labels must display both companies' names.
