Kassø Power-to-X has achieved a significant milestone by producing its first batch of green hydrogen. This marks a crucial step towards the production of sustainable e-methanol, as the green hydrogen will be combined with biogenic CO₂ to create raw methanol. The production process utilizes advanced electrolyzers from Siemens Energy, powered by electricity from Kassø's solar park, ensuring that the hydrogen is produced entirely from renewable energy sources.
