TotalEnergies has launched its largest European Solar Project—a cluster of five sites in Seville, Spain—with a total capacity of 263 MW, generating 515 GWh annually, enough to power 150,000 households. This supports Spain’s goal of sourcing 80% of electricity from renewables by 2030. Despite some energy firms pivoting back to fossil fuels, TotalEnergies continues to grow its renewable portfolio, aiming for 35 GW of capacity by year-end.
