Inox Clean Energy has agreed to acquire Vena Energy India’s 6 GW renewable energy portfolio in a deal valued at approximately ₹6,000 crore. The portfolio includes 1.2 GW of operational assets, 1.8 GW of near-commissioning projects, and 3 GW under development. Backed by long-term power purchase agreements with agencies such as SECI, GUVNL, DISCOMs, and corporate buyers, the acquisition strengthens Inox Clean’s growth strategy and supports its target of achieving 10 GW renewable IPP capacity and 11 GW solar manufacturing capacity by FY28.
