The IEA's latest report states that under India’s Stated Policies Scenario (STEPS), public EV charging points must grow from 75,000 in 2024 to 375,000 by 2030 to support under 3 million e-LDVs, averaging 50,000 new installations annually. The ratio of e-LDVs per charging point will rise from under 4 to 7.
