Hyundai Motor India Limited has announced Tamil Nadu as its flagship electric vehicle hub, committing over ₹26,000 crore investment through 2032 to strengthen EV manufacturing, localisation, and supply chain development. The Chennai facility will produce two new EV models, including the company’s first mass-market EV for India.
