Yuma Energy, an Indian Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) company, has acquired Chennai-based Grinntech Motors & Services to strengthen its Battery Technology and manufacturing capabilities. This move expands Yuma’s BaaS ecosystem, including battery design, charging infrastructure, and swapping networks.
