Haryana has notified the 'Haryana EV for Cargo Logistic Scheme' to subsidise electric cargo vehicles for MSMEs, backed by the World Bank-assisted RAMP programme. Eligible enterprises can claim 15% reimbursement on ex-showroom price of new commercial EVs, capped at Rs 5 lakh per vehicle, for battery electric, plug-in hybrid and fuel cell cargo trucks and 3/4-wheelers with 700 kg to 10,000 kg capacity.
