On March 27, 2025, ONGC NTPC Green, a Joint Venture between NTPC Green Energy and ONGC Green, acquired 100% equity in Ayana Renewable Power. This acquisition boosts NTPC Green Energy's operating capacity to 5.9 GW. Ayana's portfolio includes 4,112 MW, with 2,123 MW operational and 1,989 MW under construction.
