Fortune Hospitality & Infra, via SPV Sudeeksha Estates, will develop a 170 acre hyperscale AI data centre park in Kandukur Mandal, Ranga Reddy, Hyderabad region, with initial ₹60,000 crore investment, potentially rising to ₹1 trillion at full build-out. Designed for 1,200-1,600 MW IT load across four 400 MW modules for AI, cloud, colocation and HPC, it has 2,000 MVA sanctioned power from TGTRANSCO near POWERGRID's 765/400 kV infrastructure.
