Graphite India’s board approved ₹4,330 crore investments to expand into new ventures, mainly synthetic graphite anode materials for lithium-ion batteries used in electric vehicles. The move strengthens its presence in the EV ecosystem while supporting diversification into renewable energy. Funded through debt and internal accruals, the phased investments aim to broaden the product portfolio, create new revenue streams, and drive long-term growth.
