Power Grid Corporation of India Limited has issued a tender for BESS-03, part of a 375 MW/1500 MWh standalone battery storage plan in Tamil Nadu. This package covers seven projects totaling 100 MW/400 MWh with 1.5-cycle charging and discharging. The open, tariff-based bidding allows participation from across India.
