Central Mine Planning & Design Institute (CMPDI) signed an MoA with Mahanadi Coalfields Limited (MCL) on November 25, 2025, to provide Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services for upcoming solar and wind energy projects. CMPDI will offer end-to-end support, including feasibility studies, bid preparation, e-bidding, technical evaluation, design review, execution supervision, and performance monitoring.
