The Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission (GERC) has issued draft regulations proposing to extend the ₹1.50 per unit green energy banking charge under the state’s green energy open access framework until June 30, 2026. The proposal, notified on March 11, 2026, seeks stakeholder feedback until March 27.
