Mahindra Susten Private Limited has achieved financial closure for NHPC Limited’s 300 MW (420 MWp) renewable energy project in Rajasthan. Its subsidiary, Hazel Hybren Private Limited, signed a binding agreement with HDFC Bank on February 27, 2026, securing ₹1,025 crore in structured financing.
