Albania’s energy ministry received an expression of interest from local renewables company Eralb Invest to build a 603.9 MW wind power plant near Tropoje. The project will be fully financed by the private investor without government incentives. Eralb Invest was founded in June 2022 by entrepreneur Pellumb Kallaba but later transferred ownership to Netherlands-based CWP Eralb.
