Shivman Wind Energy Pvt Ltd has petitioned the Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission for a 192-day extension to commission its transmission network for a 70 MW Hybrid Power Plant near Dwarka. The delays include 68 days from Cyclone Biparjoy, 91 days due to GETCO’s right-of-way issues, 76 days from unforeseen events, 139 days of local agitation, and 77 days from GETCO’s procedural delays.
