The European Investment Bank (EIB) and Intesa Sanpaolo signed €750 million in agreements to support 2 GW of renewable capacity in Italy and Greece. €500 million will fund solar, wind, BESS, and bioenergy projects—80% in Italy—with an expected 500 MW capacity generating 1,200 GWh annually.
