Genesis Energy and FRV Australia have agreed to end their joint venture for solar development in New Zealand, citing evolving business strategies following strategic reviews. Despite dissolving the partnership, they will continue co-owning the 63MW Lauriston solar PV plant, New Zealand’s largest, opened in April 2025.
