Omkara Asset Reconstruction Company (Omkara ARC), a sister concern of Areion Group, has acquired ₹3,763 crore debt of Wind World India Limited (WWIL) from NARCL under the Swiss Challenge method, investing ₹1,225 crore. This gives Omkara ARC 80% voting rights in WWIL’s insolvency process. WWIL operates 650 MW of wind projects and manages 4,500 MW O&M.
