EDF power solutions and Alliance de l’énergie de l’Est have achieved financial close on the 185.6 MW Forêt Domaniale wind project in Quebec. Backed by major lenders, the project will deploy 30 turbines and supply power under a 30-year PPA with Hydro-Québec. Expected online by Q4 2027, it will generate jobs and deliver long-term economic benefits to local communities and Indigenous groups.
