The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) is considering financing for two wind power projects in Egypt with a combined capacity of 500 MW, reinforcing the country’s renewable energy expansion plans. The proposed funding would support the development and construction of utility-scale wind farms aimed at increasing clean electricity generation and reducing carbon emissions.
