Irish developer DP Energy's 430MW Callide Wind Farm in Queensland has received Australian government approval. Construction is set to start this year, and once completed, it will power 130,000 homes. The project supports Queensland’s 2030 Greenhouse Gas Reduction target. It will create direct and indirect job opportunities.
