The Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation (CESC) has issued a tender for 600 MW ISTS-connected wind-solar hybrid projects under a build-own-operate model. Bids are due by January 19, 2026, with required earnest money, performance bank guarantees, processing fees, and document fees. The project scope includes land acquisition, development, installation, interconnection with the ISTS network (minimum 220 kV), approvals, and operation.
