Cerulean Winds has submitted an offshore consent application to the Scottish government for its proposed 1GW Aspen floating wind farm off east Scotland. The project aims to be operational by the decade’s end, featuring up to 72 turbines, creating 1,000 jobs, and attracting £10.9bn in investment over 50 years.
