The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission approved tariffs for 1500 MW ISTS-connected solar projects awarded by NTPC Limited through competitive bidding. Tariffs were finalized within a narrow range of ₹2.68 to ₹2.69 per kWh. Apraava Energy secured 50 MW at the lowest tariff of ₹2.68/kWh, while Avaada Energy was awarded 750 MW, JSW Neo Energy 400 MW, and ReNew Solar Power 300 MW at ₹2.
