Camber Charging has secured a US$58 million contract with Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority to deploy 73 on-route EV charging stations across 20 locations. The project will use 360 kW charging systems with pantograph technology for electric buses. Scheduled for completion before the 2028 Summer Olympics, it supports LA Metro’s transition to a fully electric transit network and strengthens sustainable urban mobility infrastructure.
