BREDA has floated a tender to empanel developers for 500 MW grid-connected rooftop solar on government buildings across Bihar under the RESCO model. Under RESCO, selected Solar Power Developers will handle design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning and O&M, enabling solar deployment without upfront cost to building owners.
