Bihar has approved a ₹121 crore Compressed Biogas (CBG) plant in Kumarbagh, West Champaran, as part of its push for green energy and sustainable industrial development. The project, to be developed by Bharat GPS Bioenergy Pvt. Ltd. on 15 acres, will convert agricultural residue and organic waste into clean energy.
