The Appellate Tribunal for Electricity (APTEL) dismissed IREDA’s review petition concerning a 50 MW solar project in Kasaragod, Kerala. APTEL found no error in its 2022 tariff order of ₹3.83/kWh, rejecting IREDA’s claim that counsel misrepresented ₹25.38 crore infrastructure costs. The tribunal held that IREDA already possessed relevant documents before judgment and failed to exercise due diligence.
