Grab will invest US$60 million in Germany-based remote driving technology firm Vay, pending regulatory approval and closing in Q4 2025. Grab will take a minority equity stake, with an option to invest up to an additional US$350 million within one year if Vay achieves specified milestones. Vay operates a remote-driven EV rental service in Las Vegas, handling car delivery and parking remotely.
