Antony Waste Handling Cell Ltd, through its subsidiary Antony Lara Enviro Solutions, has partnered with JFE Engineering Corporation to invest up to ¥750 million in two waste-to-energy projects in Andhra Pradesh. JFE will acquire 25% stakes in SPVs, while Antony retains 75%. The deal strengthens sustainable infrastructure development and includes governance rights for JFE, such as board representation and participation in key decisions.
