TotalEnergies and KKR signed $1.2B enterprise value deal to add 700 MW utility-scale solar assets in Texas and Ohio to their 50/50 US renewable joint venture, expanding total capacity to 2.1 GW from initial 1.4 GW formed in 2025. Three assets expected to achieve commercial operation by Q1 2027, with closing expected in 2026.
