Adani Green's UAE subsidiary, AGEL UAE, has entered a joint venture (JV) with Minerva Holding to develop renewable energy projects in India. AGEL UAE will take a 20% stake in the JVCo and secure board representation to jointly oversee strategy and project execution, with the collaboration involving the IHC Group.
