Stor-Energy Receives AU$50 Million Investment Boost

Stor-Energy, an Australian BESS developer, received a strategic investment from HMC Capital's Energy Transition platform, aiming to raise AU$2 billion. HMC will acquire a majority stake with an initial AU$50 million investment, supporting a 15GW development portfolio in renewables and emerging tech. Stor-Energy's management retains minority ownership. Completion is anticipated by early July 2024.
