Exide Industries invests ₹100 Cr in Exide Energy Solutions

Exide Industries has invested ₹99.99 Cr in its wholly owned subsidiary, Exide Energy Solutions (EESL), through a rights issue subscription. This investment brings the total funding in EESL to ₹2,852.24 crore. Following this acquisition, Exide's shareholding percentage in EESL remains unchanged, ensuring continued control over its subsidiary as it expands its energy solutions business.
