EU will install up to 89 GW of Offshore Wind by 2030

European Union member states have reached initial non-binding agreement for offshore wind generation capacity up to 2050. The 27 member union’s initial goal is of reaching 86-89 GW by 2030 which means that EU needs to quadruple its current installed capacity of 20 GW.
