Canada : CIP acquires 90% shares of 5 GW Wind and H2 project
Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) has acquired 90% shares of ABO Energy’s project in Canada’s Newfoundland and Labrador. Toqlukuti’k Wind and Hydrogen project aims to develop 5 GW Wind capacity to produce green hydrogen and ammonia. ABO Energy will still be an active part of the project as a minority shareholder.
