Zodiac Energy on September 16, 2026 acquired 98 percent stake in eight solar project LLPs through capital contribution of ₹19,600 each, totaling ₹1,56,800, making them subsidiaries. The LLPs – Girdhari, Parvati, Indranuj, Ridhika, Maatangi, Krishnapriya, Narayani and Sumitra Solar Projects – are engaged in setting up solar plants and selling power but reported nil turnover for FY23-24 to FY25-26.
