Japanese semiconductor company ROHM is partnering with India-based Suchi Semicon to localize power semiconductor packaging, a critical technology for electric vehicles and automotive systems. The collaboration will develop back-end manufacturing capabilities, including chip assembly, packaging, and testing, with mass production targeted from 2026.
