Zelestra closed $350 million green financing for its 203 MW Reclamation solar project in Gibson County, Indiana. The deal pushes its US project financing in 2026 past $1 billion to $1.14 billion, supporting over 800 MW of solar under construction. Credit facilities were provided by Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (Left-Lead Arranger), BBVA and Societe Generale.
