VSL PowerHive, a Vikram Solar subsidiary, will set up a 7.5 GWh BESS assembly plant in Oragadam, c, spanning 1.65 lakh sq. ft. Inauguration is planned for January 2027, with commercial operations from April 2027. The plant will assemble LFP-based systems including 5.016 MWh and 6.25 MWh liquid-cooled containers, P261 cabinets, and utility-scale and C&I storage solutions under Make in India.
